What awaits you at the Academy?
The initial diagnostics and CliftonStrengths test will help you identify your strengths and set up an individual development plan.
Experts in finance, law, marketing, or digital tools will discuss specific steps for your business with you.
Are you good at marketing but a little confused about accounting? You choose workshop topics based on what you and your business need. No boring sessions where you won't get anything out of it.
Networking meetings with the business community of the South Moravian and Moravian-Silesian regions await you. And after the program, access to the Impact Hub community.
Who is the Academy suitable for?
The program is intended for women 50+ who live or do business in the Moravian-Silesian or South Moravian regions.
You are 50 years old or older
The program is for women who have work and business experience.
Are you self-employed or a microentrepreneur?
You have up to 10 employees and a turnover or assets of up to EUR 2 million.
You founded your business before 2024
And since the beginning of 2024, you have been operating it continuously, without interruption.

The program runs from November 2026 to May 2027, meetings take place regularly approximately once a week on weekday evenings at Impact Hub Brno and Impact Hub Ostrava.

The aim of the project Wise and Strong: Entrepreneurship for the Silver Years (CZ.03.01.02/00/25_088/0006942) is to support 80 women entrepreneurs aged 50 and over from the Moravian-Silesian and South Moravian regions in stabilising and developing their entrepreneurial activities, thus contributing to preventing them from being at risk of poverty in retirement. Participants will undergo a comprehensive programme including initial diagnostics, individual consultations and workshops focused on finance, marketing, digital tools and AI. The project also includes the creation of a strategic plan for the sustainability of educational and support activities for the next two years, thanks to which the tools and knowledge from the programme will remain available to other women entrepreneurs even after its end. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the Operational Programme Employment Plus.
