The 4th annual Talent City conference organized by the statutory city of Ostrava and focused on supporting the talents and abilities of primary and kindergarten children.
The stage dedicated to talent and entrepreneurship combines inspiration, practical demonstrations and sharing of good practices. Participants will learn about current trends in the development of entrepreneurship in elementary schools, specific tools and techniques for supporting students, as well as news from the field of entrepreneurship development and financial literacy in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The program will be led by Libor Hoření with an introductory lecture, followed by case studies, workshops and discussions with representatives of schools and initiatives. Topics include:
– Developing entrepreneurship in primary schools
– Competences for life and support for young people
– Summer School of Entrepreneurship for Educators
– Financial literacy and creativity in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
– Gallup for school age
The conference was under the patronage of the wife of the President of the Republic, Eva Pavlová.
The Talent City 2025 conference is realized thanks to the financial support of the statutory city of Ostrava. The conference partners are the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Center Ostrava and the University of Ostrava.
