ESPERO is a completely unique communication skills course in our country that prepares doctors for the most difficult moments – communicating an unfavorable diagnosis, ending treatment, end-of-life care and the strong emotions associated with these situations. The course is held under the auspices of the Czech Society of Palliative Medicine ČLS JEP and under the guarantee of the Czech Oncology Society ČLS JEP. The course is also sponsored by the Czech Nephrology Society.
