For refugees from third countries, the Czech legal system is significantly different from the one they are familiar with, and legal advice is often expensive. This workshop will provide a clear overview of the basics: how to register as a self-employed person or set up a limited liability company, what documents and processes are needed, and what obligations are associated with each legal form. The advantages and disadvantages of both approaches will be discussed.
