Do you want to advance in your job, expand your skills, or learn something completely new, almost for free? Thanks to the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs from the National Recovery Plan, you can take advantage of a unique opportunity and receive up to CZK 50 for AI courses and other digital education.
For digital education courses you only pay co-payment 18% of the price, the rest is paid by the state. However, the program only runs until the end of 2025, so you need to apply by the end of October 2025 at the latest and complete the course until December 31, 2025Starting next year, the conditions will change - the subsidy will be lower, the co-payment will be higher, and the choice of courses will be more limited.
How does the subsidy for courses from the Labour Office work?
You can get an education subsidy everyone over 18 years old, regardless of education, experience or employment status. Not only the unemployed, but also employees, self-employed persons, students or active seniors are eligible.
The principle is simple:
👉 you can choose a course from the catalog via the online portal,
👉 you submit your application electronically (e.g. via BankID or data box),
👉 The labor office will approve it within a few weeks,
👉 you pay your part (18%) and you can start studying.
You can draw a total of up to 50 CZK for three years, gradually - after completing one course, you can choose another. The condition is to complete the course properly and receive a certificate.
Current terms and conditions (until the end of 2025)
Funding from the National Recovery Plan ends on December 31, 12. To ensure everything is completed on time, you must register for the course no later than October 31, 2025The courses must then be completed by the end of the year.

- ❌ Only courses longer than 40 hours will be supported,
- ❌ the budget and number of participants will be lower,
- ❌ The offer will be narrowed to larger retraining programs.
So if you're thinking about expanding your digital skills, 2025 is the best (and maybe the last) chance to get the most with minimal investment.
